Hi,

I am unable to do a delivery split. How can I view in a delivery document wheather delivery is splitted or not . If its not splitted do I have to do any config. Kindly inform the process to do it .

After the sales order if u want to split the delivery, at the time of VL01 pls enter the splited delivery quantity separately and also chk the PGI.

Please check your entries in

Sales and Distribution | Sales |Sales Documents | Scheduling Agreements with Delivery Schedules | Maintain Planning Delivery Sched. Instruct./Splitting Rules.

Also check if you have maintained your copy control rules accordingly in VTLA.

If I am using a single material for the delivery split on what factors then delivery split can happen? Please guide me on this.

Also inform for testing the delivery split process what r the Tcodes in success that I need to test for executing the scenario and how do I identify wheather delivery split hasreally happened?

Hi,

Delivery split can be given based on your settings mentioned in customization for warehouse number in LE ->Shipping-> Delivery split creteria. Away from this we can also do the same settings in Copycontrols for Delivery from a sale order in the header details for order combination (Combination Requirement).

This setting in copy controls (T Code:VTLA) in the header can also be maintained based on your customized Routine as well in VOFM.

The delivery split creteria happens based on different combinations

- Ship To Party

- Inco Terms

- Transportation Group

- Delivery priority

- Shipping Point

-Warehouse Number

- Shipping Condtions etc

If you want to split one delivery with different qty into 2 or many deliveries that you can do it in VLSP transaction based on the quantities.

If you want to view the same after spliting then you can view thru document flow of the sales order where you will see all the related deliveries made to that sales order.

To split the delivery from multiple sale orders, following should be different.

- Ship To Party

- Inco Terms

- Transportation Group

- Delivery priority

- Shipping Point

OR

When you create a delivery in VL01N you will create delivery only with one part of items (with the same value in LIKP-ZURKL). To create all spited deliveries at the same time you need to useVL10A : Sales order, fast display.

OR

You can split outbound delivery by using Tcode VLSP. Here you have to maintain a split profile.
