hello,

any body plese help me how to delete process order once the order was relesed and saved.because i want to create new process order in place of existing order.

I think you just release,,,,not issued any components and confirmed...if so

follow the menu path as below in co02

Function delition flag>activate

or

Function -->restrct processing -->lock

after that if i run mrp again need to create another process oreder.

Yes,

System will create a planned order which you need to convert it to process order.

Hi Rashed,

In addition: I'm not sure if you use PI-sheets, but if you already generated the Control Recipe, you will have to cancel the PI-sheet as well.

Trx. CO60, select the appropriate PI-sheet, menuoption PI sheet -> Discard/Cancel.

Rashed,

Mostly PP users will not have the authorisation to set deletion flag, if so in your case you can just set TECO & CLSD status to the order. This can be done in the change mode of the order - COR2.

If any of the above status is set, this order becomes not relevant for MRP and if demand persists after MRP run a new planned order is created.
