Once your system is set and you want to proceed with the TDR. Kindly check the below link to raise the request for TDR

We would like to inform you that, effective from 2508 upgrade, the process for requesting a TDR (Test Data Refresh) has transitioned to a self-service model via the SAP for Me portal.
