Create HR Masterdata

Hi Expert,

I would like to know path / node to create HR Master data.

Hi,

Go to SPRO->Personnel Management> Personnel Administration>Customizing Procedures--> Infotype Menus.

After that set up Infotype menus and determine choice of infotype menus.

Once this is set up, go and change your UGR in user parameter. Then in pa30 you get to see the HR master data that you have configured.

Master Data

PA10 - Personnel file

PA20 - Display HR Master Data

PA30 - Maintain HR Master Data

PA40 - Personnel Events

PA41 - Change Hiring Data

PA42 - Fast Data Entry for Events

PRMD - Maintain HR Master Data

PRMF - Travel Expenses : Feature TRVFD

PRML - Set Country Grouping via Popup

PRMM - Personnel Events

PRMO - Travel Expenses : Feature TRVCO

PRMP - Travel Expenses : Feature TRVPA

PRMS - Display HR Master Data

PRMT - Update Match code

PS03 - Info type Overview

PS04 - Individual Maintenance of Info types

What do u mean by configure master data, what do u want to configure?

Hi Sejal,

Just goto transaction PA30 and select the info type you want to maintain..

For hiring employees use PA40
