Any chance that amount is an excel formula and not just the characters shown in the screenshot? It sounds like instead of 0.07, the value is actual 0.07000000000007. I've had this happen when you have excel adding up a lot of values with decimals and it starts to introduce some rounding effects. I would delete the cell and re-type the value, or even copy the entire column of values, paste into notepad, and check that you don't have more decimals somewhere than you're expecting.

It is only about lines with 0,07 or -0,07. other lines are not effected
