consignment error

Hi

I have got error when am i doing MB1B( 411K)

Material value is not defined in info record..

then i goto change inforecord... but net price is "0.00" but it is in disable mode...

how can i change..

but when i was creeated inforecord... net price is maintaind... system has taken always zero..

even when i was created PO for consignmet ..here net price mention 55.Rs per kg ........but system has taken zero........pls can any one help in this issue...

Hi Seshidar,

Consignment PO doesn't contain price.

The price is taken from Consignment Inforecord.

For changing the price in Inforecord -- Goto Conditions in Inforecord and then change it.

if enters price .. system has taken zero value.. by default

any other option is there for this price enter

The price is used for calculation while posting .

Consignment PO doesn't contain price in PO .

do the GR against PO... Mvt type101k

do the MB1B... 411K ... in this transaction .. i got an error..like

"Pipeline/consignment movement posted without value"

Have you created Consignment inforecord.If yes it should allow you to maintain the price.While creating inforecord select consignment category info record then check.

but if i enter the price value in info record ...system has take zero only

Are you getting conditions tab in Inforecord?.If yes select condition tab then enter PB00 condition manually then enter price.

Dear sesidhar,

1) Please check whether the "Deletion flag" is set for the concerned info-record.

2) Also, please check in the customisation - "Define screen layout" under the Purchasing info record node. Here, plesae check the settings for selection group "conditions". The entry for "Net price" should be "Required entry". Please check this for field selection keys ME11 and ME12.

3)One more thing, ahve maintained the info record conditions both for purchasing org. level and palnt level? If yes, then please check for the values in the conditions tab at both the places.

I hope one of these three points will solve the issue you are facing.

Please let me know your investigation and rsults.

actually when am i creating INFORECORD ME11 .... net price ...system. always zero has taken...evn if ur enterd any value ...that is changed to zero...

Please check in IMG path: Materials Management --> General Settings for Materials Management --> Activate Consignment Prices via Info Records --> Activate Consignment Prices via Info Records.

Here, chose the radio button : Consignment info record active.

Please check and let me know.
