Company Code Specific Customer Data Return - Extration

Dear Team,

As per localization requirements, we are required to store Country specific entity business information.

To address this, SAP provides the option to download data using Fiori applications such as Customer Data Return – Extraction and Customer Data Return – Provision.

Problem Statement:
We do not see an option to select company code in these two fiori applications.

Could you please advise how we can download the data filtered by company code or country?

Customer Data Return was primarily designed to fulfil a legal and contractual obligation from SAP to return customer owned data to customer primarily at the time of offboarding. Hence, the app was only built with the original use case in mind and doesn't provide any kind of backup functionality. We also don't have any other feature in S/4HANA Cloud that provides this kind of data.

It is not possible to extract company code/country–wise data using the Customer Data Return app, as it does not support such filter conditions.

Data extraction is performed at the table level, meaning the entire table data is extracted regardless of any specific column values. Currently, there is no option to apply filters (such as company code) while executing the extraction for a table.

You can try to filter the result of the data extracted to fulfill your requirement.
