Commodity Codes: Export to Import Codes

We have a scenario where the business wants to convert Export to Import Codes for USA/Canada.

I would use T604U. However, we have a one to many scenario. Depending on material one export can be converted to multiple import codes.

I really don't want to do any customization of screens and "z" tables. We are considering creating a separate plant just to store the HTS codes. Not sure that will work.

Has anyone had a similar experience. How did you get around this.
