CO41 Problem

T- Code CO41 is for collective conversion of planned order into production. Now suppose i have an planned order of say 1000 EA out of which i wish to convert production order of only say 100 EA . So when i change planned order quantity as 100 EA into production order system is not showing me pending planned order of 900 EA in CO41 as well as in MD04 . Why ? & how to do this setting in CO41 screen (I know that it cah be done in MD04 ).

Abhijeet,

A new remaining qty planned order would be created only after MRP run for that material, provided the intial of demand 1000EA still exists.

Hi ABHIJEET,

What you want to do there if you have planned order of 1000EA when you converted 100 EA into production order then 900 EA will be there remains as it is. IF you don't want any qty there then delete demand program and run MRP again.

Please revert back.

rerun the mrp and have a look at co41 screen, it should solve the issue
