CO03 - Scheduled Dates vs Basic Dates

Hello,

Most of our production orders in CO03 have the same Scheduled Start Date and Scheduled End Date. Which also match the End Basic Date.

Except the orders for a specific part as show below. There is a 1 day delta.

Jan.28.2015 instead of Jan.29.2015.

Therefore the BOM of this order have requirement dates of Jan.28.2015 but I am looking to get our requirements Jan.29.2015 like the End Basic Date.

Any idea where to look in SAP? I looked in MM03, CEWB, but I don't see what is causing this.

I am an end-user, so I don't have access to the programming tables.

Patricia,

As already mentioned by Mariano you need to check the Routing operation times and WC available times in capacity view header tab.

Production order schedule start and Finish dates are determined by Lead time scheduling which means it considers Routing times.

Hi Patricia,

Thats happens because the production order can not be 100% produced in 1 day..

Check what is your production rate at the routing CA03 and check also what is your available capacity at the work center (Capacity Tab --> Review Shifts).
