Is it required to Lean Cloud application programming language to every functional consultant in this Cloud and AI era.

If yes how to start and if basic understanding required could you please share the links so that can prepare and start the learning.

This helps functional consultants understand whether a requirement should be solved by standard configuration, key-user extensibility, developer extensibility, SAP Build, integration or a side-by-side CAP extension
