CJ32 SQL Error

Dear Experts,

I'm receiving a performance issue SQL error while im saving a document at CJ32. Dump images and the full dump screen is attached. At the image that i'm sharing the dump even if it looks like a memory issue, actually the problem is while while the system is trying to fill the COSSA table with "FILL_T_FIELDS_COSSA'' form's requirements. But the requirement CHECK NOT Fields (as von_periode, bis_periode, percl) are not meeting with the requirements. So the system is trying to reach to the COSSA table unfiltered and becouse the table conatains around 1.5 million data it is cousing an memory dump.Im facing with this issue only with the automatically created projects from PO, not with the manually created ones. Down below is where we recieve the Dump:

You'd better attach the zipped text of the short dump, the screenshots you have posted don't contain the interesting part.

Runtime Error DBSQL_SQL_ERROR 
CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB 
SQL error "SQL code: 4" occurred while accessing table "COSS".
"SQL message: cannot allocate enough memory: please check traces for further information" 
was not caught in procedure "K_COSSA_READ_MULTI"

Note that if there's an issue with standard code, you should first search SAP notes, then contact SAP Support if still needed.
