Changing System Status for Orders

Hello.

I am not technical savvy so I am sorry for making this longer than I want to.

Here's my scenario:

I use EP1 Production. Under VA01 (Create a Sales Order), I place an order. If the order dropped to the warehouse, we get a delivery number. Sometimes, customer call to cancel orders with a delivery number already issued. We go in and pencil block each line by double clicking on the line, going to Status tab, and next to System Status there's a pencil. We hit that to change/lock that line. When we hit the Set button next Blocked, it Locks that line saying "Rel LKD NoMP". Once we cancel the line, we can remove the lock by hitting Reset on the same Blocked line.

The problem is that we have customers that order a lot and to Reset (removing the lock) each line takes a very long time. Is there a way to reset ALL the lines at once without going line by line. There are blocks that can be removed with a couple of clicks. Anyone know how this can be fixed please? I can't put an alternative "lock" as this is the way the company I work for has always done it.

It would cut down on so much time and work. Please and thank you.
