Hi,
I achieved the deletion for several process orders but i cannot delete a cuple of them.
I'm able to change the order status to DLFL (COR2) but when I try to set the Delete status (COR2) the system don't do it even retrieving the DLFL status.
Can you help me?
Thanks.
Regards.
Request clarification before answering.
You have set DLFL in COR2, than the next step should be setting DLT via archiving. SARA object PR_ORDER. Or SE38 report PRARCHP1.
Status DLT cannot be set online in dialog. Please use the archiving.

Don't know how, but It was solved.
I've followed the same steps as the previous orders and it works.
As Sabine said the report PRARCHP1 is used to do both steps; set deletion flag and delete, but with the first orders I achieved both steps but don't know how i was doing wrong with these last, because I was tratening all together.
Thanks to all.

Often the issue is in this report that the residence times are not taken into account, define in order type OPJH, residence time 1 and 2, see F1-Help in OPJH for details if necessary.
Or that delivery dates is used.
This both points are summerized also in FAQ note 540834 for archiving, question 10.

Hello Ocr,
if the production order is partially confirmed or done any goods movements then system will not allow you to set the deletion flag
please check the error log through the below path
Goto--> Logs--> For deletion flag
if you want to delete the production order from data base means you have to do the archiving, for this also you should archive the relevant documents against this production order
Suggestion: my suggestion would be to make the TECO for this order i.e. if you make TECO to the production order it will not impact to costing
