Cannot create protocol implementation for Protocol 'R'. 1730000000

Hi,
We recently set up a new company in SAP B1. When trying to open any item in the Sales - AR menu apart from "Sales Blanket Agreement" we receive the following error:

"Cannot create protocol implementation for Protocol 'R'. 1730000000"

Any ideas on what might fix this?

Can you exclude SAP Note 2586525 - BR_After Upgrading to SAP Business One Version 9.2 PL10 or 9.2 PL10 HF1 You Cannot Access Sales Documents?

We're using SAP Business One 9.30.141 PL: 04 HOTFIX, is this note still applicable?
Also worth noting. Other companies on the same system using the exact same SAP Installation do not have any issues.
