We have a function USTAX in UTX0 which sends /3xx and /6xx along with TAX Authority information to BSI and BSI calculates /4xx and /7xx and sends back to SAP.
If you want to check more details .. run payroll for an employee and then in the output log scroll down to BSI Interface and check the data which is being send to BSI.
