BAPI_DELIVERYPROCESSING_EXEC error VL732 Unforeseen split when create delivery

Dear all,

I try to share my issue, hoping someone could help me.

For my customer I need to add sales order item in a delivery already created, When I try through VL02N--> Deliver sales order system allows to add the sales order and save it. Using the BAPI BAPI_DELIVERYPROCESSING_EXEC I'm facing the error VL 732 Unforeseen split when create delivery.

Any suggestions for my issue?
