Average Costing

Dears,

we are using average costing for the Raw materials and finished Products,the issue we are facing is that when we issue raw materials (migo) to the process order with Quantity of raw materials more than the amount defined in the BOM of the Finshed prodcut ,the cost is calculated using the Quantity found in the BOM and not the actual Quantity Issued. We need to solve this issue so that the process order carry the real cost of the new Quantity

Hello,

  Please check your settings of your valuation variant-->Material Valuation-->Strategy sequence and select "Price from Preliminary Order Cost Est(Goods Receipt only)" for Priority 1.

when receiving the finished product in the inventory it's costs doesn’t reflect the actual cost of the raw material issued to it ,it's cost reflect the quantity of the raw materials found in the BOM and
not the real quantity issued to it in the process order.
