We want to configure availabity control check which help us to detemine the stock for the item at the creation of PR how can we configure it the sysem

Av. check for PR?? can you pls explain what you want to do? Anyways you can configure Av. check rule & group via OPPJ.

Basically our user requirement is that when he create pr of material he can know thr status of the avaialibilty of the material i.e when he create PR he select the item and goes to enviorment tab and click on availibilty , there he can see the stock available for that particular material

Select material in PR go to environment and select material stocks you can see stock of material.

For PRs this feature is available for Stock Transport PRs only. You can configure this : IMG> Material management> Purchasing --> Purchase Requisition --> Setup Stock Transport Requisition -->

under this node, you can make relevant settings.

Hi,

You can check the availability of the material while creating the PR by selecting the material and going to the Environment- Material Check. There you will find the stock available for the material.

However I dont think you would be able to trigger any message/warning using this.

I know this thing but i m saying when i click on Available i don't get any stock i want to configure how can i get that stock when i click on the available

To my knowledge this works only for Stock Transport Orders, have you done the setup for the same ?

spro - mm - purchasing - purchase order - setup STO - assign delivery type & checking rule

Hi,

While creating PR in ME51N, select the line item and go to Environment - Material stock , availabily . here you can see the stock.

Please discuss with your technical team any message or warning can be developed using this.
