Dear All
Once I am entering some spares/Items in component section in break down maintenance order with reference to a particular equipment, Is there any way to get created equipment BOM automatically. My client needs this as they will be no loaded with going on creating so many BOMs manually.
Your early respons would be appreciated.
Thanks

As per my understanding, while saving the order you can update BoM / create BoM for the materials.
Try User Exit IWO10009 PM Order: Customer Check for 'Save' Event
Also have a look at the below link for BoM.

There is no way that automaticaaly BOM gets created from list of items used in maintenance orders. Its not logical also. BOM is used to structure your equipment/functional location. It is the list of all items with quantity which is essential parts of your equipment. Also you may not consume all the items with all qty all the time or in any instances of order.
However you have options not to structure all the BOM initially & later on when you go on consuming these items manually in order, you may refer reports like material where used- IW13 for finding out the list of items. If you dont do BOM then you cant select your items automatically while processing order & you have to enter manually all the components planned for that order.
So its always better to structure your BOM initially
