Hi All,

Is there a way or authorization for a specific user that can't see the prices and doc total of Sales Order, then could edit the remarks field and other fields and add it.

Hi John,

If your issue pertains to line items or row details of SO document, try this step. You can hide or inactivate any details in line item but not in a header. I think the doc total can be found

in header and you can only hide that through SDK. Hope this can help.

1.) open SO document on the specific user account > click form setting > table format tab > then untick VISIBLE to hide the column

2.) Log on to the manager's account > admin > system initialization > authorization > gen authorization > find the user's name > then provide "No authorization" to

    Edit document total under subject "General".

As long as the SO is open, the user can edit any details in it provided that he has authorization on this module.

Hi John,

You can give an authorization for prices for specific user but you must use sdk code to authorize the doc total of sales order header.

For prices authorization, see the following screen capture:

Hi John....

You may hide unit price but doc total not possible.

This can be done using SDK.........
