I have created two users i.e admin and normal user.Admin has granted permission over production module to normal user through additional authorization.But the production module is not visible to normal user.

Login to SAP with the normal user and click on the Form Settings button (the one with some little gears) situated in the tools bar .
Now just tick the forms you want the user to see.

Are you using additional authorization creator or general authorization ?
If you use additional, I am sure you can authorize the production order and can make it visible or not. Let me know
