Attempting to retrieve data using SQLQueries with more than one parameter returns no data

Working with the service layer and I have created an sql query to expect 2 parameters, as below:

While attempting to run the query via GET request, the response returns no value. However I have some data that should be retrieved.

(I created another query with hard coded values and it returns data as expected- below screenshot)

I am not sure what the issue is
