API Material Master Classification

We need to create products with related classifications and characteristics via API in S/4 Hana Cloud Public. At present we have not been able to find a standard API for this purpose.

Could you tell us, if any, which Product API to use?

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition, currently there is no API that supports the update of Material Classification.

Please refer to the KBA 2779927 to submit a feature request to have an API developed to be included in future releases.

to my knowledge target release for the API that supports the update of Material Classification is 2508 (but with usual disclaimer).
