HI,

Our company has license for SAP BO 2005 B. Now, i would like to know whether we can develop addons for SAP BO 2005 A using these SDK license.

If you go to Administration > License > License Administration > Components Tab. to check the components of your license

To fully develop for the SDK (aka use the Add-on Identifier system) you will need these two components:

<b>- Software Development Kit - Development Version

- Software Development Kit - Implementation Version</b>

I you have those you can work with the DI/UI-Api (Client Add-ons).. If you don't have them you can still develop solutions but only without the Add-on Identifier (Which is not mandatory yet but is set to be from january 2008)

If you have the following component: <b>DI-Server (DIS)</b>, you can work with the DI-Server (SOAP-Service based programming)

My question is that if i develop a add-on using the SAP Business One 2005 B SDK will that work in the SAP Business One 2005 A version?

Ahh...

That really depends on the add-on.

SDK-vice SBO2005ASP01 and SBO2005B are the the same and will work.

The real things you should consider is the folloing

- If the localization have the same businesslogic regarding your add-on

- The SBO2005A client and the SBO2005B client layout are not 100% the same

We have one add-on written to the SBO2005ASP01 and that works great as well in the SBO2005B
