Hi, I am running activity confirmation,i am having following questions

1. i know activity is 0040. With this how i can find network order? i am unable to find network order by using table AFVC.

2 In which table we can see the price of activity confirmation ?

Hi Hemu,

Input WBS and activity number in AFVC to get internal number of network (AUFPL). Put this internal number in AFKO or AUFK to get network number.

i am unable to find actual cost coming by activity confirmation using COSP table. i am not clear about which field i have to enter in COSP table. Can anybody explain this or is there any other table for this.

Hi Anji,

I don't think you will see the cost posted in COSP or RPSCO just after confirmation. The confirmation details will be in AFRU table. You can get the confirmation details by entering the Order #( AFRU-AUFNR) and Operation #(AFRU-AUFPL).

after getting the hrs confirmed from this table, you need to calculate the cost by multiplying it with the Activty Price.

The COSP or RPSCO will have the cost , if there's any time entry posted against NWA and CATA

Hi Hemu,

If you want to get the actual cost of activity confirmation from RPSCO table follow this,

1) In AFVC table enter the WBS under which the said activity falls. Execute it. You will get a llist of all the activities that belong to the WBS you entered.

2) Select the object number of the activity in question. Copy it.

3) Input the object number of this activity in the RPSCO table and choose value type as 4. You can also choose the budget type as RKL (CO Actual activity allocation).

4) Execute it. You should get the actual cost of activity confirmation.

Revert if this works.

AFRU is the table for confirmation. The price should be to be from COSP or need to be calculated based on confirmed hrs and activity price

Copy AFVC# OBJNR and put in RPSCO# OBJNR.
