Activity Time put wrongly

Dear Sir,

There is Wrongly put Activity time higher then actual in CO11N during production confirmation. what are the drawbacks as per FI and how can I correct it.

Hi Giri,

the result with putting higher activity time during conformation is you are charging higher cost to this order than it should be.

you can cancel the confirmation by CO13 if you are working on discrete scenario and reconfirm the order with correct activity time.

Hi,

Production order actual activity times confirmed more than planned times, review the order cost analysis and check the variance first.

After variance review check with controlling teal to adjust it if order settlement completed controller can reverse the settlement and reprocess again.

If all posting in the previous period then only option to discuss with the controlling team and adjust the actual cost against production order.

Dear Mr. Wang,

The Confirmation is of old date and material consumed in next process also. So I unable to proceed using CO13.
