When was auth/rfc_authority_check made dynamically switchable?

Hi,

In one of the systems I'm working with the parameter auth/rfc_authority_check is NOT dynamically switchable in RZ11. I've searched and searched, but can't find the NW version / EhP level / kernel version / patch level when this parameter was made dynamically switchable.

Does anyone know? Or, even better, does anyone know how I can find this information?
