SAP Sandbox refresh using PRD Data

Hello,

I am new to SAP Basis and would like a summary of steps you should take to refresh a SAP Sandbox with Production Data. My system is a SAP ERP 6.0 EHP 7 running off an Hana database 1.0 Database.
