Hi,

In SRM system when I try to access the transaction BBP_PD and click on the workflow overview I am getting this popup specifying my local directory.

It is happening for all the users when they try access the same workflow overview getting my local folder path. Any idea what could be the reason?

Thanks.

Issue resolved, some security feature provided by SAP where it checks the system and stores local folder path in the table - SOPCPATH.

Hi Dinesh.

It is a SAPGUI security pop-up. You can always allow the popo-up as

or disable the pop-up by disable the security as mention below screenshot.

Hi Sriram,

Thanks for your input.

This popup was not appearing a week before but suddenly now it is getting displayed representing my local drive.

It is happening for all the users.

The unusual thing is the path which is mentioned in my screenshot never changes including the date..the date and time remains the same.I think somewhere this path has been registered.....

Thanks.

Hi Dhinesh.

Is this any new changes in the workflow?, for any new upload/download or external application calling from sapgui(example call IE11 from sapgui ) it will pop-up the sapgui security, to my understand this feature available from SAPGUI 7.30 and above versions.

Hi Sriram,

No changes in workflow was done and no calling of external application too.

Just not able to understand why the path is showing my local folder details for all users.

Thanks.
