Internal error Table format

When I try to search list of content in '/n/scwm/ls01' t-code, it shows internal error table format. I don't know why this happens. Please give solution to my problem. The related images are given below.

See the note 3098477 - Search functionality gives an error: Internal Error: Table Format - that is SAP GUI problem; it's not related to EWM as such.

The recommendation is to either upgrade SAP GUI to 770 or dialog mode for search helps as explained in the note 977584 - Search Help: How to switch to Dialog mode F4.
