Hello,

Is there a possibility to do a SAP database cleanup with restrictions to specific tables and plants in just one client? I am looking to cleanup EKKN, EKKO, EKPO, ESLH, ESLL, KONV tables for one plant

Much appreciated

The keyword is acrchiving and the transaction SARA. On a develepment system you can use /dev/null as archiving system. If you make a mistake => bad luck, do a system copy.

You should NEVER cleanup an standard table by yourself.

Aivars,

Please provide more details on what is required here? when you say cleanup, are you referring to archiveing the historic data?

If archiving, it is possible on client level provided corresponding business objects are chosen which takes care of business dependency across tables.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

So I am trying to do this on Suite on HANA for Q environment. This is needed as a roll back plan for Open POs, so delete all loaded POs from specific tables for a specific plant
