Hi,

You would use the transaction SU01 to create new users.

You will have to assign roles or profiles, so they user has access to the transactions / screens required to do the work. Which roles or profiles are needed depend on the user's needs.

What kind of work would the user be doing? Maybe someone from the community can give hints about the required roles / profiles.
