Date display issue

For the last couple of years, whichever post I go through, creation or update date in that post,  is not showing properly as per the screen shot attached.  Not sure, I only have this issue or many and has been reported here.  In some cases, where it shows "Yesterday", "Last Week" etc., and if I place the cursor on that, it also shows incorrect date as per the screen shot attached.

Of course, on one to one, I have been interacting with @AnnePetteroe and wondering whether she finds time to look into this.

@Lakshmipathi - I am so sorry you are still having the date display error. Could you please confirm that your display settings look like the screenshot below?

@Lakshmipathi could you please add a screenshot of the "Date display format" settings for your user? It is the field above the "Display dates as" field.

Please change the date format to "dd-MM-yyyy" - it needs to be exactly this combination of lower case + upper case letters for the date format to be displayed correctly (for non-US citizens).

Oh my Goodness.  Now it is fine after changing the format suggested by you.   Thanks for all your efforts

@Lakshmipathi - and your "Date display format" is set to "dd-MM-yyyy". When we checked your account, we saw that you had changed the format here, which is why you see the three digits.

Yes because I set my TIme Zone and according to that, my understanding is, it should be DD-MM-YYYY.  If not, what I need to maintain.  For information, I tried to set YYYY-MM-DT but it is not accepting.
