the developer registration keys and related users (in release 45B)?

I think its DEVACCESS and the field name is ACCESSKEY.

Check table <b>DEVACCESS.</b> <b>ACCESSKEY</b> will store regisration key for user.

When the "Developer Key" is removed from the DEVACCESS table, does the key still exist in that table, or is it completely removed.

I would really appreciate anyone's help with regards to this question.
