Function module to create the quota Arrangement in MEQ1

Hi Friends...

I have an object to be done for the creation of quota arrangement in the tcode MEQ1. I have tried with some couple of Function Modules but those were not helping me.

Can anyone suggest me the exact Function module or BAPI which does my requirement ? .

I am not sure just try this BAPI ,BAPI_QUOTA_ARRANGEMENT_GETLIST

I have gone throught the documentation of that BAPI Function module gayathri.

But it is only to get the list of Quota's in Database.
