excel icon in alv output

Hi ,

when i click the menu option List->export->spread sheet in the alv output the spreadsheet option

is greyed out .so i tried to set up customised pf status but though i added the List export spread sheet

again it is being greyedout ie it is visble but not in a active state please suggest

Hi,

Go this way, in PF status Application toolbar add one new as '&VEXCEL'

In function attribute:

Function code: &VEXCEL

Function Text: Microsoft Excel

Icon Name : ICON_XLS

Info Text : Microsoft Excel view

File Path : M

This will add XL icon...

i have done the same but still the xcel option in LIST-export is being grayed out.
