Check T001W_EXT for Plants (Company's Own and External).

and here:

Start with T001W, use BWKEY to hit against T001K to get BUKRS, then hit T001 with BUKRS.

YOu can also use the FM: K_ABC_GET_WERKS_FOR_BUKRS

Its based on Valuation Area. ie T00k Table.

See that in SPRO->Enterprise Structure-> Assignment->Logistics - General->Assign plant to company code
