Adding standard field (CTNUM) in screen in pa30

Hi experts,

I Need to add a standard field (PA0016-CTNUM) in PA30 transaction for infotype 0016 in Contractual regulations screen.

If it is custom field we can add using PM01 Transaction.but because of standard field i do not able to do that.

I had checked for the Screen exits but couldn't able to find it.

HRPBAS01 User Exit for HR Master Data

HRPC0001 HR: PC download authorization

HRRPAI01 User exit for FB HR_ENTRY_DATE and HR_LEAVING_DATE

PARA0001 Enhancement for Determining the Number of Periods

PARA0002 Enhancement for Calculating Annual Salary; IT0008,14,15

PBAS0001 PA: Pers.Admin./Recruitment: Default values and checks

PBAS0002 PA: Enhancements for Personnel Administration - Menu

PBASRP01 PA: User exit distributed reporting

I tried for Badis but of no use.

Pleasse help me regarding this.

In which dynpro number do you need the field to be shown? Have you checked the table T588M via SM30, you should be able to customize that field in that table, as long as the field is in that dynpro.

In Dynpro number 2000 i need to get that field.and Module pool program is MP001600.

Yes , i checked it in table T588M . I dont have any idea how to customize that field as i am very to this type of requirement.

Please help me with step by step procedure how we can customize the particular field.

I hadclicked on new entries its asking Module Pool (MP001600)

Standard scree (2000)

Feature(P0016)

In the given screen control i couldn't able to find CTnum filed to map that.

Please help me regarding this.

Hi

I've check dynpro 2000 and it does not have the field CTNUM. So, without modifying the standard is Impossible to have that specific field in that dynpro.

The only thing you could do is simulate it by enchancing the IT through PM01 and adding a custom Z field that would act as CTNUM, (with the same label, same values, and so forth) but adding the standard one to dynpro 2000 without modifying the standard is not possible.

Hi,

We can see that field in Module pool MP001600 Dynpro 2000 Variable key 33 Alt key 2033 0

But there is no radio buttons tom customize it..

Please check it and let me know if any possibilities that i can do with that.

That's because the field has the same groups as the previous one BT_AUTONUMBER, so every time you modify that field you're modifying CTNUM too.

But anyway the CTNUM field is showing because of the Alternative Screen (2033) you are entering, but if you delete that 2033 entry you will see that the CTNUM field desapears.

Don't waste your time trying to find out a way to show it in dynpro 2000 because it's simply not possible without modifying the standard. You can see the dynpro 2000 in SE38 and you won't find the CTNUM field there.

You need to focus on alternative solutions like creating a custom field and showing it like the standard one.

Thank you very much for your suggestion. I tried to add a custom field(Zfield) but its coming only on sub screen at the end of the screen.

Is there any possiblilities to add the field in the tab Contractual Regulations.

I'm afraid it is not possible. If you open that dynpro you'll see that there's no subscreen placed in that tab and the field is not present, so it is not possible to place that field there without modifying the standard, it is as simple as that.

Can you please tell me how I can creat a custom field for CTNUM and show it like the standard one?

I'm not a progremmer, so I must manage this via standard basis.

I've tryed to add some custom fields for IT 0016 in PM01 but something is missing.

After I add to the IT 0016 a custom field, I get the message:

"Changing PS Struct. without generating code can lead to inconsistencies

Diagnosis

If the PS structure is changed by adding, deleting, or changing fields, then
this change must also be reflected in the associated screen structure. As the PS
structure is not included here, but rather is copied, the screen structure must
be edited accordingly.

Procedure

If you have not yet made any changes to the screen structure, simply choose
"Generate Code". The screen structure is then deleted and created again as a
copy of the new PS structure. The other objects of the infotype remain
unchanged.

If the screen structure no longer corresponds to the (relevant part of the)
PS structure, perhaps because you have included new fields, you must modify the
screen structure manually on the "Screen Structure" tab page using "Edit".

If I go to "Generate Object" I reach to "BADi Builder" screen:

Tranzaction : SE19

Program : SAPLSEXO

Enhancement Spot : HRPAD00INFTYBL

And from here I don't know what to do.

Can someone please help me?
