ABAP certification fee.

Hi all,

Where i can take an abap certification but not purchase any course ?

There are many center provide abap certification, and the certification fee is included in course fee. I don't attend any course, but i don't know where & how i can take the certification as well as the certification fee ?

hi,

I think you can attain the certification in SAP Teched. Just see when the Teched is in your country and you can attend the certification exam there.

It is in general 600 to 700 USD only for the test with out course.

If you want to write the test on your own, you can approach the SAP in your country. They will ask you to fax them your relevant experience documents. there are some practicioners who analyse your resume and your documents and permit you to write the test.

Basic things for this are you need to have 2+ yrs of experience in the relevant area of SAP (ABAP). If not they wull not allow you to write the exam. It would be an advantage if you can approach SAP for the certification thru your company.

Hi,

Just get in touch with some senior person in your company who knows about this.

If your company is SAP Partner then it is very easy to attain the certifications.

And someone from SAP will contact you in your country with the format for which you are supposed to fill in and reply the same with your experience letter(your company letter head) (letter from your manager) and fax them. they will assess your profile and will allow you to write the test.

But I would like to confirm that, if i take the exam through this process, I don't need to go to another country such as India or Thailand but at my country and i do the exam through internet, right ? And the fee 600 - 700 is for partner or for normal candidate ?

to know if your country has the certification or not, you will come to know thru the reply from SAP, if it does not have the test, you will have to go to a country where the exam is avaialble. You can not give the test thru internet. You need to go to SAP in ur respective country to write the test or you will hav to go to Prometric Centres in your country who are authorised to conduct the exam.(should be only SAP)

And yes the fee is 600 - 700 US Dollar only for the exam without attending the course for any individual going for the exam thru company or just as an individual. But make sure you have the necessary docs from your company to go for the certification exam.
