You cannot Transport Client Specific Objects

Hello,

I am unable to transport a role from DEV to QA server. It is giving following error:

You cannot transport client specific objects.

Explanation of Role:

Only T-codes PA20 & PA70 are added to it with maintained authorizations.

Hi,

is it only for this one role? Or maybe generaly client is setup to 'Changes w/o automatic recording. No transports allowed' in SCC4?
