XML Convert to http

Could any one tell me BAPI or RFC to convert XML to http in SAP 4.7 or ECC

Please give me list of all RFC and BAPI available

I m trying to integrate SAP 4.7 with Web application

So can we convert xml Data to proxy or http so we can view on web ( any where)

Use cl_http_client class to read the file over http. Many examples in the forum, and sap library.
