XML and SOAP

Hi experts,

I need to send via http an XML file and receive a response in other XML , i try via SOAP protocol, i have seen the standard program RSVSOAP1 - RSVSOAP9, all program when launched returns this error ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED.

How know if is a problem of ICM that is not configurate?

Have any other idea for send and receive XML?
