Xl sheet settings

Hi All,

I have two questions

1. I have two internal tables and i want to down load the internal tables in to same XL sheet in to different

tabs - how can i do it ? if possible plz send me the sample code

2.i want to download data at particular columns of XL sheet , how can i do it
