Can some one let me know the direct input method or program name, through which I can change the E-Mail Field and URL Field of an existing customer.

I faced the same problem while updating these fields in XD02. This is because BDC Recording through SHDB will not capture the right OK Codes. Go through the OSS note 653536 for the Solution.
