Wrong mail triggering when PGI has done.

Hi all,

I just wanted to know, whether any BADI / user exits is triggered when we click on PGI button in the delivery.

The issue was mail must be triggered to the Customer Service maintained in partner tab in the delivery, instead of customer's mail.

Please could anyone share the information regarding the same.

Emails are usually sent using output, not a user exit. SD person should know.

Either way, regarding BADI/user exit you can easily find information by literally copy-pasting the question into Google. Add "site:sap.com" if you prefer to limit search to the official SAP sites.
