Write internal table into email body

Hi experts,

I need to write the content of an internal table in the email body taht will be sent to the user. I searched in the forum but I couldn't find anything. It's not necessary to paint the lines, just something like this:

DOCUMENT     ITEM     MATERIAL     DATE

11111                    10          16785          31.03.2016

Can anyone help me please ?

We can display the table in email body by using the HTML tag.
