Workfow Mail Forwarding

A workflow question: In SAP Inbox, when I press the envelope icon on the attached document and forward the WF message, will the actual WF message stay in the recipients inbox until either complete/closed or forwarded to another user.

Hi,

Yah, you are right.

When a Work flow Task is created and notified in the workflow, Until and unless it is completed it will be shown in the workplace of the corresponding owner of the task.

If the recipient adds a comment and saves the message, is it possible for the recipient to retain the message in any way? The message should not route back to the originator of the message. Is this possible? Example: If I forward a message to you and you add a comment to the message and save it, you should be able to retain the message instead of the message being routed back to me. Kindly confirm. Many thanks.
