Workflow with MS Outlook

Hi All,

Is it possible to integrate MS Outlook with workflows.

I need a mail to my outlook as well along with the SAP Business Workplace.

And also one more thing I need is...

Is it possible to get the approve/ reject or yes/no buttons in the MS Outlook mail when an event was

triggered.

Whenever the approve or yes button is clicked in the Outlook, a mail has to be sent to the requestor..

stating that...the request has been approved.

Any help appreciated and rewarded regarding this.
