Workflow Vs. Webflow

All,

What is the difference between Workflow and Webflow. We are implementing ECC 6.0. Does that mean I have to go to webflow? What kind of infrastructure implementation that means for our implementation if at all? e.g do I have to implement Web Application Server? Portal?
